Kurt Lenz is the Managing Principal of Watermark Capital Management, along with co-founder Mark Massa. Kurt has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and is a recognized leader within Equitable Advisors, LLC.

Kurt focuses on employer-sponsored retirement benefits for public schools, nonprofits and municipalities, and is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations attain their financial goals. He provides wealth management services including financial planning, asset management accounts, estate planning strategies and risk management. Kurt has his FINRA Series 6,7,63,65,24 registrations and life and health licenses. He also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) professional designations and is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Court of the Table and the Equitable Advisors Hall of Fame

Kurt graduated with a B.S. in Finance and General Business from Miami University in Ohio. He currently resides in Cheshire, Connecticut where he raised a son and daughter with his wife, Kelly.
